Hey,friends I am writing after a long time.Acually I was busy with my study.Today, I am Totally free.So,I get an opportunity to disclose my obesarvations that I  gained from practical fileds.Engineers such a person who control Quality of various civil works. But,An Engineer must have some quality too. He should be creative, diligence and  skilled.
Engineering also an art. Builder of the civiliazation.An skilled engineer make a proper plan of a country. He utilities the resources.
